We offer the Lord our needs, worries and tasks, together with those of our brothers and sisters and of the world in general,

· So that we experience in our lives that the person who gives, receives and that not even a glass of water will be without a reward.

MAKE US GENEROUS, LORD,

· So that we don't soothe our consciences with small tips here and there that calm our anxiety, instead of dedicating ourselves permanently and efficiently to a good cooperative cause.

MAKE US GENEROUS, LORD,

· So that we may be simple and not boast about our good works, but, at the same time, may we know how to talk about you and our brethren to promote a contagious solidarity.

· So that no one who lives near us misses sharing our welcome, conversation, community spirit and good company.

MAKE US GENEROUS, LORD

· Lastly, we ask for your church so it may become a centre of union, of social dynamism and a meeting place to transform injustice so that all human beings can live an adequate lifestyle.

Good father God, receive our good desires and dreams to build your kingdom, the great family that you have dreamt and which we want to create. Amen.
